Meditation - general description.

I think everyone knows what meditations is. But shortly for someone asking about description of it here we are. 

Meditation is a practice in culture all over the world to create a sense of calm and inner harmony. It is connected to some religion but generally when we meditate we concentrate less about faith and more about altering consciousness, finding awareness, and achieving peace. That's mean meditation is for everyone, no matter of the age, religion rase, etc. 

There is nothing like right or wrong way to meditate, it’s important to find a practice that meets your needs and complements your personality.

There are quite few types of meditation practice. In future post I will describe a little just 6 of them, as they are most popular ones.

I really hope in this way we can lead someonebwho doesn't know where to start to find their path. I am also hoping that each of us find something for themselves as not all meditation styles are right for everyone. Some practices requires different skills and mindsets. That's mean specific kind of meditation may not work for yourself. Try different one which is not demanding for your practical structure.
